Day 2 to Day 6: Monday 26th November – Friday 30th November
Following a typical cyclist breakfast of nutritional and wholesome food, plus plenty of coffee, riders will hit the roads. Each day the course and terrain will vary and follow one of the many routes favoured and developed by the local pros over many years.
Two distance options will be available for riders to choose from subject to their condition, enthusiasm, and level of fatigue! The maximum distance will be 120km. Full details will be published closer to the event date.
At the conclusion of the days ride cyclists can enjoy a massage (1 only per Pro Ex participant), lunch and some recovery time prior to the days education program and an opportunity to enjoy some of the many local attractions.
Each days education program will be held in the afternoon and will run for between 60 and 90 minutes. The topic will be presented by sports professionals, including the Tasmanian Institute of Sport and will include;
