Withdrawals
All withdrawals must be made in writing; By mail, USM EVENTS PO Box 1145, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 or email brisbane@usmevents.com.au
If you withdraw on race day before the race start, please advise the help desk and hand your timing band in. If you withdraw during the race, please report to the Festival Information Centre and advise them you have withdrawn and also hand your timing band in. If you do withdraw please DO NOT cross the finish line area.
Cancellation Fees

10% cancellation fee up until 5pm Friday 18 November, 2011
25% cancellation fee up until 5pm Friday 6 January, 2012
50% cancellation fee up until 5pm Wednesday 1 February 2012
If I am unable to compete after this time and date my registration fee is non-refundable.
URBAN 2.80.20:
10% cancellation fee up until 5pm November 30, 2011
25% cancellation fee up until 5pm 6, January, 2012
