FAMILY CYCLE TREASURE HUNT

• Who loves a fun-filled TREASURE HUNT?
• What faster way to hunt for clues, than on your BIKE?

Get on your bike, grab your brothers, sisters, mums and dads, and join in this exciting, action-packing Family Cycle Treasure Hunt on Geelong's waterfront - it's sure to be FUN for the whole family to enjoy!

Random prizes and awards will be awarded during presentations held at Steampacket Gardens at the conclusion of the event.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Families and friends have 75 minutes to follow the clues and collect answers to as many questions as possible.

Travelling by bicycle, participants search Eastern Park, Eastern Beach, Steampacket Gardens, Cunningham Pier and north past the Youth Activity Area to find their answers.

Questions will relate to topics including Geelong history and attractions, waterfront features and bicycle safety.

Points (ranging from 1 to 3) for each correct answer will be weighted according to how far away from the venue the clue is and the difficulty of the question.

Participants cover the course on bicycle and must stay in their group / pair. (Bikes must be in roadworthy condition and participants must wear an an approved helmets at all times.)

How to Enter

• Late Entries will be taken on Event Day at the Specified Check-In Time. Please Note a $5.00 late fee will apply.  

Withdrawals

You can cancel your own registration online by logging into your registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. The following cancellation policy applies to all registrations:

20% cancellation fee up until 5pm 30, November 30, 2012.
30% cancellation fee up until 5pm 4, January, 2013.
50% cancellation fee up until 5pm 25, January 2013.

If I am unable to compete after this time and date my registration fee is non-refundable. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days onto the credit card you used to register for this event.  If your credit card has expired please forward your new expiry date or if your credit card has been cancelled please forward your nominated bank account details to multisport@usmevents.com.au.
