Swim - 1500m 1 lap in the waters off Mooloolaba Beach
Cycle - 40km 1 lap undulating out and back course
Run - 10km undulating 2 lap course along The Esplanade

Subaru Mooloolaba ITU Triathlon World Cup

2012 again will bring some of the top names in triathlon to compete in the Subaru Mooloolaba Triathlon ITU World Cup. So get down and support the big names. The men will compete on Saturday afternoon and the women will start after the age group race on Sunday afternoon. 

Northside Party Hire Mooloolaba ITU Triathlon Premium Oceania Cup

The best up and coming athletes will compete in the Northside Party Hire Mooloolaba Triathlon ITU Oceania Cup on Sunday morning. They will start prior to the Age Group race at 6.35am.

ASICS Mooloolaba Twilight 5km Run

A fast, looped 5km run along Mooloolaba's beautiful Esplanade. This event is for runners of all abilities.

Dress in blue to support Bloomhill Cancer Help. $5 from every entry will be donated to the charity.

Mooloolaba Ocean Swim

Join the stars of the pool and surf in the 1000m M-shaped ocean swim off Mooloolaba Beach.

Mooloolaba Superkidz Triathlon

The kids only version of the Mooloolaba Triathlon for all children aged 7-13 years. All participants receive a participation medallion. The first 570 registered participants will receive an official ASICS Mooloolaba Superkidz Triathlon Singlet.
