All entry fees are inclusive of a 5% Active.com processing fee.

Withdrawals

You can cancel your own registration online by logging into your registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. The following cancellation policy applies to all registrations:

If I wish to withdraw from the event, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• A 20% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Friday 13th December 2014
• A 30% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Friday 17th January 2014
• A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Wednesday 5th March 2014

No refunds will be offered from 5pm Wednesday 5th March 2014.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days onto the credit card you used to register for this event. If your credit card has expired please forward your new expiry date or if your credit card has been cancelled please forward your nominated bank account details to multisport@usmevents.com.au.
