Bike Assistance

The Cognition team would like to welcome you to Noosa, for your convenience we will have a shop and workshop set up in the festival village from Tuesday 25th of October. If you have concerns about getting your bike finely tuned, only to have it detuned by an overzealous baggage handler, there is no need to worry. Our team of expert mechanics will be able to assemble and service your bike for you when you arrive in Noosa. Cognition is here to relieve you of the stress of preparing your bike for the Tri, we’ll get your bike running smooth and fast for you, so you only need to focus on putting your best time in.

Here is a run down of the bike services we will have on offer for this years’ event. Please contact us by email or phone to secure your spot.

Check Over/Assemble from Travel box
Bring your travel bag or box directly to us after you arrive in Noosa and let us reassemble your bike. At the same time we can give your bike a check over to make sure that it has not received any damage from travel and is working as well as it was when it went into the box.

Race Tune
The bicycle leg of a Triathlon is where you can cut the most time off your race! Why not let our expert bicycle mechanics race tune your bike with ‘Cognitions Custom Tune’ to ensure a smooth and fast riding bike.
Cognition will have an extensive range of spare parts available so we can deal with any last minute repairs, unforseen insistences or important bits left at home. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any concerns so we can put your mind at rest. Book your bike into our professional workshop the week leading up to the Noosa Tri and avoid any hassles while transporting it to the race. We will look after you!

Products
Cognition will have an extensive range of products on offer that will make you faster and help you to achieve that goal of a PB which you have been training all year for. We’ll have some show stopping specials on offer as well.

Tuesday 25th – Thursday 27th October- Laguna Park, Noosa Pde, right next to the Specialized Test the Best Headquarters.  Tuesday 10am-4pm, Wednesday & Thursday 8am-4pm

Friday 28th – Sunday 30th October Expo Tent, The Woods, Claude Batten Dr, Noosa Heads- Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm & Sunday  1pm-5.00pm.

Cognition, Shop 14 Noosa Outlook Shopping Centre, St Andrews Dr, Tewantin (just off the bike course)

The Shop will be open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm the week of the Noosa Tri, so if you’re out on the bike course and have an issue just call in.
