A beginner to intermediate camp for ladies looking to immerse themselves in the sport. No need to feel intimidated here and what a great way to have an active girls weekend away. Train over the Noosa triathlon course in a (*mostly) female only environment. The camp starts on a Friday at 11am and finishes at 4pm on Sunday for an action packed 2.5days. Our female coaches are champion age group athletes in their own right.
As part of the package you will take part in female orientated clinics on Nutrition, sports medicine, basic bike maintenance and learn skills to not only make you a better and fitter athlete but allow you to gain confidence but most of all have fun with other likeminded girls!! Our staff are champion age group athletes in their own right. The ratio of camp coaches / staff to campers is one coach for every 4 attending for the Noosa tri themed camps.
Noosa as a location itself needs little introduction. As one of Australia’s most scenic and unique seaside towns Noosa is a mecca for endurance athletes and is the home base for many international and some of Australia’s best multisport athletes during the summer months. Our Staff are champion age group athletes in their own right.
Headed by Coach Nick Croft – 2 time Noosa Triathlon winner. If your goal is to simply finish a Triathlon or the Noosa Triathlon or take your performance to the next level than there is something for you in this action packed weekend of training and learning.

Since 1998 Nick Croft – 2 Time Noosa Triathlon Champion and 2005 Triathlon Australia Ironman Coach of the year has been conducting Training Camps in Noosa, Australia.
Join Nick and assistant Coach Jess Fleming and staff as you are taken over the Noosa triathlon course and shown a pathway from here to race day to get you to the start line ready to be your best. The camp starts 11am on the Friday and finishes off on Sunday at 4pm for an action packed three days!
Our Staff are champion age group athletes in their own right. Headed by Coach Nick Croft - Triathlon Australia Ironman Coach of the year 2005 and the the owner of a sub 8.30 Ironman from his professional days. Nick has been coaching since 1996 and worked with professional and age group athletes to get them prepared for events worldwide. His athletes have won podiums in the Hawaii Ironman, won age groups at many events around Australia.
If your goal is to simply finish the Noosa Triathlon or take your performance to the next level than there is something for you in this action packed weekend of training and learning.

Noosa Triathlon Course: Up Close & Personal with Nick Croft
Discover the Noosa Triathlon course and get up close and personal as two-time Noosa Triathlon Champion and Triathlon coach Nick Croft takes you with him in a unique Noosa Triathlon Course orientation.

This DVD presentation is in wide screen and gives a valuable insight by breaking down the swim, bike and run legs of the Noosa Triathlon. Nick gives a narration throughout the tour and you will join him navigating the swim course, seeing the bike course through the eyes of the rider - including the 3km hill climb and famous descent and then lace up the run shoes for the 10km run.
General Triathlon tips and coaching advice is part of the package and this would be an invaluable additional to any triathlon DVD library.
