Tri Travel

Tri Travel has been a part of the triathlon landscape since 1998 when Rod Morrison commenced the business with a tour to the Rarotonga Triathlon (Cook Islands).

In 2000 Tri Travel became involved with IRONMAN triathlon when Shane Smith (co-owner, retired “pro” athlete, coach, IRONMAN race consultant for 10 years to IMG, past Editor of Australian & US Triathlete magazines, and also past General Manager of Ironman events in Australia), ran our first tour to the IRONMAN World Championships in Hawaii.

Since 1998 Tri Travel has become the largest sport specific agency in the Southern Hemisphere having assisted thousands of athletes with their travel requirements to various Australian and International triathlon events.

The Tri Travel team has over 80 years combined travel and triathlon experience, regularly volunteering at various IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and other triathlon races.
