Late Entries
Will be accepted on event day and On The Day entrty forms are available at the Check In Tent. A late fee will apply to the registration fee. Please note, a strict field limit applies to the 3.8km and 2km Swim so late entries for this event only will only be available if the field is not full.
Changes to Entries
Changes can be made to your race entry prior to the event day by contacting the USM Events office - Email multisport@usmevents.com.au or Phone 07 5449 0711 up until 5pm Wednesday 24 April, 2013. Changes after 5pm Friday 26th April can be made at the Help Desk at Registration on event day.
Withdrawal
If you need to cancel your event registration, please login into your registration and press cancel. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days onto the credit card you used to register for this event. If your credit card has expired please forward your new expiry date or if your credit card has been cancelled please forward your nominated bank account details to multisport@usmevents.com.au
If you withdraw on race day before the race start, please advise the help desk near the gear tent and hand your timing band in. If you withdraw during the race, please report to the Festival Information Centre and advise them you have withdrawn and also hand your timing band in. If you do withdraw please DO NOT cross the finish line area.
Cancellation Fee
- A 20% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Thursday 21st February 2013
- A 30% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Thursday 21st March 2013
- A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 5pm Wednesday 17th April 2013
- All entries are NON REFUNDABLE after 5pm Wednesday 17th March, 2013.

Presentations
If you are a place-getter in your category and are unable to stay for presentations, you will need to contact the USM office within 60 days of the event to arrange collection of your medal. You will be able to collect your prize from the USM office or alternatively have your medal posted to you at a surcharge of $5.00. Similarly, any product prizes can be collected or posted out to you. The postage charge will be dependent upon the item that you have wonRandom draw prizes will be presented at the Awards Ceremony. To be eligible be sure to place your race bib number in the barrel on the stage area. Please remember to bring your bib number to presentations to enter the draw – YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
