All applicants must fully complete the online application form, pay the nominated fee and agree to the participant agreement before their entry is accepted.

Please check your category and name is correct before you complete your online registration as this may affect your point’s eligibility in the QTS series (if applicable). You must enter under the same name for the entire season to avoid incorrect point’s allocation (ie: if your name is Susan, please ensure you enter as either Sue or Susan for the whole season; not a mixture of both. The same applies for team names).

Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another or from one event to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration without notifying the organisers and following the change-of-competitor protocols. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.

 Fees

Incomplete entries or declined payment transactions may incur additional administrative fees.
Please note that a late fee of up to $30 will apply to entries made after the official closing date.

  Licensing

All licensed competitors must include their licence numbers when registering or they will be charged the unlicensed rate.

  Method of Entry

Race entry via post or secure online registration only. Faxed and phone entries will not be accepted.

  Late Entry Limitations

In the case of total event sell out, late entries will not be available and no prior warning will be directly issued. A notification will appear on the event website and on the general enquiries answering machine.

  Closing Dates

Regular entry closes at 5pm, Thursday 26 February. Late entries will be accepted at the venue only on Saturday and Sunday if not sold out prior.

  Refund Requests

50% of the entry fee will be refunded to cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the applicable event
No entry fees will be refunded to cancellations made after this time.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing via post or email to the USM Events Brisbane office before the refund cut-off date supplied. Approved refunds will be issued by the same method as payment.
