Guest Speaker: Sally Anderson
Qualifications – Bachelor of Applied Science – Human Movement Studies – Exercise Science (Hons) Master of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons) – Level 2 Anthropometrist
Sally’s interest in sports nutrition began when she was competing nationally as a lightweight rower. The light rowing was soon replaced with a love of triathlons though (due to the cross training for rowing) and this has been her favoured sport ever since. She now competes in Olympic distance triathlons and occasionally will throw in a half ironman for good measure! Recently Sally relocated back to Brisbane to pursue more sports nutrition opportunities, where she is now the QAS Network Nutritionist.
