Q: Who is Tickevent
A: Tickevent is the authorised seller of Noosa Jazz Festival Official Venue tickets. Tickevent is part of the Crossport Management & Marketing group and is an online & phone service only.

Q: How do i buy tickets?
A: Tickevent sells tickets by phone or through a secure online payment facility located within the Festival website. The Festival will open a Box Office in the Noosa Heads Lions Park from Fri-Sun of the Festival. Please note that phone & box office sales operate from 9am-5pm.

Q: Is the online system safe?
A: Tickeven's online security certificate and encrypted payment processing technology is of the highest standard. Credit card details are encrypted the moment they are passed into the payment system and are not made available to any outside party.

Q: How do I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?
A: Cash and/or cheque payments are available for door sales or box office sales only. EFTPOS will be available at the Box Office only.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets prior to the event?
A: It is recommended to buy tickets prior to the event as most venues have limited capacity. Door sales are only available if the session has not sold out prior.

Q: How do I know what is included in the ticket price?
A: The event program indicates the inclusions of the ticket price as well as the printed ticket. If you have any questions regarding the inclusions, please refer to the Seller as indicated in the Official Program.

Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: Please ensure you nominate your preferred delivery/collection method at the time of booking. There are 2 options:

Post - Tickevent will mail your tickets to your preferred address, as indicated at the time of booking. A postage & handling fee of $4.50 applies. Please note that this method of entry closes 7 days prior to an event.

Box Office Collection - this service is provided for customers that have missed the cut-off date for ticket posting. The Box Office is located adjacent to the major event marquee in the Noosa Heads Lions Park and is open from 9am - 5pm, Friday - Sunday of the Festival. Please note that ticket purchases cannot be collected from the individual venue, they must be collected from the Box Office prior to the start of the event.
