TICKET OPTIONS EXPLAINED

• 3 Day Pass – Allows entry into all venues throughout the 3 days (Except Restaurants/Cruises). Includes Thursday 'Welcome Night'
• Thursday – Entry for Thursday ‘Welcome Night’ - River Stage, Noosa Heads Lions Park only.
• Friday – Entry in all venues (Except Restaurants/Cruises)
• Saturday – Entry in all venues including the Saturday Night Concert (Except Restaurants/Cruises)
• Saturday Night – Entry to the Concert only from 5pm.
• Sunday – Entry into all venues (Except Restaurants/Cruises).
• MV Catalina River Cruises – Departs daily from Sheraton Jetty, for times please see the schedule by clicking here.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.  Tickets issued by Crossport Management and Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Tickevent are issued by Tickevent as the agent for the organisation responsible for the relevant event (the Seller) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Seller.  All claims whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the seller and to the extent permitted by law, Tickevent has no liability to you. 

2.  All tickets are non-refundable except for where required by law.  If a refund is made Tickevent may retain a service or administration fee.  The ticket may not be transferred to another event. 

3.  Tickevent and/or the Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, re-schedule or substitute and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacities. 

4.  The Seller reserves the right to refuse admission at their sole discretion and in such event; the Seller will refund any admission fee paid.  Latecomers may only be admitted to the relevant event at the discretion of the Seller and the Seller reserves the right to prevent admittance until a suitable break in program. 

5.  Recording equipment and cameras are not permitted and we request mobile phones be switched off during live audience, televised, forum or other similar events. 

6.  Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Tickevent or other authorised points of sale. 

7.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK THE DATE AND TIME OF THE RELEVANT EVENT ON YOUR TICKET WHEN IT IS RECEIVED.

9.  All licenced venues restrict access to over 18yo persons. Please be sure to check the licencing arrangements of each venue PRIOR to booking.  

10.  A postage & handling fee of $4.50 applies to each purchase made prior to 03/09/3008.
