Seven Noosa Sport & Lifestyle Expo

The SEVEN Noosa Sports & Lifestyle Expo will once again take place at this year's Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival.

Trading from Friday 29th October until Sunday 31st October, this year's Expo will feature the likes of Eyeline, Endura, Triumph, Power Balance Performance Technologies, Timex, SRAM/Zipp, Skins, Orca, Garmin, Cannibal, Asics plus many more. Asics will have a great range of Noosa Triathlon merchandise on offer, including the highly anticipated Noosa Gel V shoe.

Really Good Food

The Really Good Food Festival, as part of the Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival, is about celebrating food that is not only good for you, but tastes great. Two Australian celebrity chefs will team with some of our most loved sporting celebrities todiscuss and cook their favourite dishes.

Additional discussion topics will include: -

• Nutritional facts
• Pre and post exercise eating - Exercise Nutrition
• New methods of cooking
•  How to eat to:
  - gain weight
  - lose weight

• Cooking for special dietary requirements
• Correct food hygiene and preparation

As part of the Really Good Food Festival there will be a healthy eating expo that will provide an opportunity for owners/suppliers to sell and discuss directly their healthy eating/lifestyle products to a captured market. This expo will be at the front of one of Australia’s largest healthy lifestyle expo’s with approximately 25,000 people attending over 3 days.

Festival Village Fiesta

Bring the family and come and join in on the fun in at the Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival Village Fiesta on Friday afternoon and evening. Festival Village will come alive with free face painting, roving entertainment, live music, a treasure hunt for the kids and it will all come to a bang when the SEA FM Fireworks Spectacular showcases on the Noosa River.
