 Road Closures

Date Sunday February 8 2009
Venue Woorim Park, Golden Beach Caloundra
Road Closures Landsborough Parade                  6.15am to 9.45am
(From Lamerough Parade to Oxley St)          
Churchill Street                             6.15am to 9.45am
Esplanade                                      6.15am to 9.45am
Access Police & qualified traffic controllers will control all intersections & road closures.          
Some traffic delays may occur
Cycle Course Multiple laps along Landsborough Parade and Churchill Street.
Run course Pathway along Esplanade, returning along Esplanade on the road.                                        
Event

The Gatorade Triathlon Series is Queensland's most popular triathlon series.               
There will be close to 1200 competitors ranging in age from 7 to 70                
                     
The sport requires the use of public roads and waterways and it is only with the understanding and assistance of local residents and operators such as yourselves that the sport can continue to grow and develop the champions of the future.
