Online entries close at 5.00pm Wednesday 12th March, 2014.

Event Day Entries

Event Day entries will be accepted at Check-In on Saturday 15th March between 9.00am - 10.00am if fields are not full. Please note a $10.00 late fee will apply.

Minimum Ages

Individual Competitors in the Open category must be a minimum of 13 years old as at race day 15th March, 2014.
Individual Competitors in the Tadpoles (under 13) must be a minimum of ten (10) years old as at race day 15th March, 2014.

Equal prize money for Open Men and Women 1st-3rd. AUD (GST Exclusive)

All competitors go into the draw to win great random draw prizes- must be present to win.

Race Rules

• This swim is a non wetsuit swim
• The material used for swimsuits can only be textile Fabric(s).
• Swim aids such as flippers are not permitted

Results

Competitors receive an overall time, overall place & over category place. Results will be posted up on our results page by Saturday night 15th March, 2014.

Cancellation Fee & Withdrawals

Please note the following cancellation fees:

• 20% cancellation fee up until 5.00pm Friday 13th December, 2013.
• 30% cancellation fee up until 5.00pm Friday 17th January, 2014.
• 50% cancellation fee up until 5.00pm Wednesday 5th March, 2014.
• NON-REFUNDABLE after 5.00pm Wednesday 5th March, 2014.

If you need to cancel your event registration, please login into your registration and press cancel. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days onto the credit card you used to register for this event.  If your credit card has expired please forward your new expiry date or if your credit card has been cancelled please forward your nominated bank account details to multisport@usmevents.com.au 

If you withdraw during the race, please report to the Finish line area and advise them you have withdrawn and also hand your timing band in.
