Asics 5km Bolt

The Asics Bolt is Australia's premier 5km road race attracting Australia's best
middle distance runners over an exciting, flat multi-lap course. Huge crowd
support and a fantastic atmosphere makes this event a must to see.

Competitors must be 15 years or older on event day and have qualifying times.

*Presentations will commence immediately after race finish on Noosa Parade.

Qualifying Times

• Open Men - must complete 5km in under 17mins (must complete first two laps of the 4 lap course within 9mins or will be taken off the course)
• Open Women - must complete 5km in under 20 minutes (must complete first two laps of the 4 lap course within 11 minutes or will be taken off the course)
